THE BIG BAG

How frequently are items picked up?

It depends on your needs! We offer twice monthly, weekly and twice weekly.

What days are pickup & delivery for subscription members?

Normal deliveries are Mon, Wed and Fri. As we grow our membership, these days may expand. Your order will be returned on the following pick-up/delivery day (ie: Monday pick up = Wednesday delivery, or Friday pick-up = Monday delivery).

What if I need my items picked up or delivered on different days? 

We are always happy to work with you to help meet your needs. Pickup & delivery are available on other days for a small fee. Rush delivery of items (ie: same/next day) may also be available for an additional rush fee.

How many pounds of laundry are included in the subscription? What's the cost per lb?

We have two different sizes of subscription bags. One holds up to approx. 45 lbs, and one is around 25 lbs. Our subscription price is a flat rate per bag - no need to weigh your bags! Save up to 45% per lb, depending on which plan you choose, compared to our regular drop-off service!

What bags can I use for my subscription?

All subscription orders are to be packed in our branded LFL bags -- either the big bag or the small bag. Click on the different bag sizes above to see the different membership plans for each bag.

I'm going out of town. Can I change my plan for the month or pick up extra bags one week?

Totally fine! Just let us know! We typically schedule these to be 2 or 4 pick-ups each month, but if you'll be out of town you can adjust your pick-up/drop-off days as needed.

Can I include bedding, pillow and blankets? Or only clothing?

Subscription bags are intended for clothing and for residential clients only. However, if you subscribe to our BIG BAG plans you can also include linens, towels, blankets, etc. in your bags. Some items (ie: down comforters or fur blankets) may require additional hang drying time, which could impact the timing of our return delivery and may incur an additional charge - if this is the case with an item you've included, we'll let you know.

I didn't use all of my pick-ups this month. Can they be applied to next month?

If you need to reschedule a pick-up to another date, please just let us know 48 hours in advance, as we plan our delivery routes early in the week. If you are out of town and mistakenly miss a pick-up, we can apply a 50% credit to your account for a future one.

Can I use my own detergent or request specific detergents are used? (or other specifications like cold water only)

Yes! You are always welcome to include your own detergent with your pick-up order. You can also indicate for us what your preferences are so we include those in the notes on your account. Share your preferences on the sign-up page for your chosen level of membership.
